They found several issues when I brought it in for a regular oil change. We discussed three things and set up an appointment. One was covered by warranty. I thought we were doing all three items. When I picked it up they had only done one. There was some confusion because I dealt with one associate with oil change and another the day I brought in for follow up. All of the things were done on one bill. All of the associates were very helpful and friendly but I think that caused the confusion that lead to not understanding all of what they were doing. I must not have made it clear to the first person that I wanted it all done and the other was not aware of all of the issues since the paper work was already for the followup.
