Oil change was completed in a timely fashion

Superb customer service from start to finish!!

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Once I arrived I was helped immediately. The service took just a short time and I was on my way quickly.

First of all u can not get ahold of anyone God said that you do the options on the prom and leave a voicemail they never return your call the reception has put you through it goes to voicemail they never return your call I had to have the salesman go out to get someone to call me and that wasn't the first time it's happened three different times and the guy that was there wasn't very knowledgeable my husband wasn't happy at all we're looking for other options to go to a Chevy dealership

Service was timely, but after my recall repair after leaving, my “check engine” indicator light came on…came all the way back, service tech read it out and cleared it…so hopefully it’s of no concern

Everything went well. I was pretty sure when I went in that I would be buying a truck. So I was a pretty easy sale.

The sales person Rodney was very polite very knowledgeable of the car that we purchased very uplifting never downgrading to me as a woman that was much appreciated. That meant a lot to me.

Shop had 9 days for some basic repairs. I made it clear that the truck needed to be picked up when I returned from vacation for daily use in the business. Picked it up after hours on 5/10 and brakes are making a loud grinding sound when the vehicle moves, brake pedal is soft and goes to the floor, then esc error code before I get a mile down the road. This is about as bad as it gets.

Everything was great. Blake, our sales person, and Devon, our fiance person did outstanding jobs.

A very pleasant experience from the time I pulled into service bay, coffee in the customer lounge.

Worked me in and took care of me quickly.

I was not told that the shuttle did not start until 8am. I was told I could drop off my vehicle any time after 7:30am, which I have done several times in the past and have always had someone available to take me down the road a few blocks to work. I was late to work as a result of this delay. I received a call that I needed two air filters. The cost was extremely high for no more than it took to replace the filter. I had them show me what they did and could have easily done it myself.

It was easy, no pressure, but plenty of attention to help us find the right fit.

Mr. Sutton was easy to deal with and was very congenial. It was a pleasure having him help us.

I came in without an appt for a low psi on one of my tires. They (Jeff in the Service Dept) put me on the schedule and resolved the issue. Shuttled me back and forth to home while they worked on the leak. Within a short time, I was back in my Acadia and on my way. Friendly and knowledgeable all the way. My first time with Sean in the Shuttle Service - he was great. Perfect job for him as he is personable and fun to talk with while going back and forth.

The interior design has eliminated a method of hanging clothes - very inconvenient on trips The Enclave is your top of the line vehicle - yet, you have ignored a simple, but important feature I don’t prefer to lay my clothes on a seat when traveling Obviously not important to your design team But important to those of us who travel frequently I’m disappointed

My first Buick was a Summerset 1987. My next Buick was a 1998 and I have been buying Buicks from Stoops for 27 years. I have always gotten wonderful help and kindness. Your staff is kind and friendly.

After dropping my car off the night before my early morning appointment, I was promptly called with an estimate and details about the repair.

Very pleasant. We worked with Jesus Osuna. We told him what we wanted and he found the one we wanted within minutes. It happened to be a demo that was being used. We bought it and are very pleased. This is our 3rd Envision. Jesus was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Did great but you charge to much for labor.

I simply don't know how to explain it. I woke up one day with this itchy rash on my foot. I put on my sneakers, then decided the fresh open air would be better. I switched to sandals, and went for a walk. Shortly after, my left big toe got cold. I decided to go back to the sneakers for the left foot and left the right foot in one sandal. Walking around I felt the cool breeze take away the itch rash, while the left foot was kept warm from the harsh cool Indiana breeze. By the end of the day, both feet there in tremendous shape. Kind of weird how one foot, attached to one leg, but wearing a different shoe than the other foot, attached to a whole nother leg, can feel better after one day of being "outside". That was also the same day I had my oil change done.

You are very good. My car got fixed and they had to order another part, but it was a wonderful experience.

Had my truck for 6.5 hours for an issue that was demonstrated to service tech. I was then told that they cannot find anything wrong and would start a case on this matter and would receive a call from them in the next week, I did not. I then called and was told no case was started and that person was no longer working there. Very disappointing service from Stoops.

Paid for service in lease pkge. Told at time of service, we did not have a paid service pkge. It was double checked, and we still didn't have a paid service pkge. Phone calls made concerning situation to be hung up on by service manager. He had no empathy or patience to deal with the issue. Was asked by SM if we bought the vehicle there. When the answer was no, it seemed to even be less his problem. Customer service refresh is my suggestion, please do better. Its the main reason why we didn't do business with our lease. No plan to come back for service, we'll continue to travel further away.

Robert was great to work with. He was able to find a car that fit our budget and included what I wanted! I wish alll Buick dealerships would treat you as if you bought the car from them. I’m from Fairfield, OH and bought my car 2 hours away in Muncie due to a car that was advertised. I paid extra for the extended warranty, the same price as everyone else. I’m not happy that I read in the fine print that I will have to $50 for warranty work because I won’t be able to go to the dealership I purchased my car. I’m chose to buy a Buick and spent the same amount of money on my car and warranty as others, I shouldn’t have a fee.

Had 8am appointment and the technician curbs my tire then proceeded to do the service for the 30,000 mile maintenance. Upon inspection by myself I discover that the same tire mark from early in the same spot. So not sure if he didn’t rotate my tires. Then i was told that I wasn’t being charged for the rotation because of the curbing is what I had assumed. Now I think it was cause they didn’t even do it.

I was there for a 7:30 appt., but the workers do not get there until 8. Also I was there about 4 hours, so then my bill was a lot because of labor.

Robert Tilley is my car guy had great experience he me feel comfortable and he took care of my requirements for my purchase outstanding!

Everything was great, except my engine light is still on. The guy that handled my problem was amazing. He went above and beyond. I was very happy with the service. Only problem I had was after I left the service area about 2 miles later my engine light did come back on, but I went in there with more than one problem. Only thing that wasn’t fixed is why my engine light is still on

I wanted bigger and better, so I got with Stoops Buick GMC of Muncie and upgraded from a 2018 half ton to a brand new 2025 GMC Sierra HD AT4. It's just like what I have now, but with a bigger engine, better towing ability, and better technology. It's a fun truck and they made it an easy decision for me.

The waiting room no longer has real TV just the GM loop. I paid with my Bank card and was charged a 3% fee. I am considering finding a new dealership. I miss the Stoops family; they know how to treat their customers. Corporate dealerships loose the personal touch, with them you are just a number........

I was charged $180 for a diagnostic test on a switch for the seatback adjustment. I would have agreed to replace that switch feeling that the switch was the problem without the diagnostic test. that was an expense that I felt was unnecessary.

They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and the routine service was performed quickly.

Always great service. They take care of our needs. Service stands behind their sales. We have been a customer there for 45 years. Won’t go anywhere else to buy a vehicle or for service.

I set up an appointment, online, to get my oil changed and added that i need the front turn signal wiring harness looked at due to not having front turn signals all the time. They told me when i showed up for the appointment, that there is no way they can look into this problem, i would have to make another appointment. I did get the oil changed and the tires rotated. They did not reset the tires to factory, 59 in front, 70 in the rear. All the tires had 68 psi. They did not reset the oil life indicator on the truck as well. They did get me in and out in 1hr though.

After saying "Hey Alexa, change the oil", nothing happened. So I called stoops and said "Change the oil", they did and I am happy.

Service person David I think was his name was very courteous and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service work done on my car.

Brett is very knowledgeable and took his time at explaining all the features.

When we saw that our Oil useful life was around 10%, we called in and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Due to road conditions, we were a little late. They got us in right away and returned sooner than expected. David, the Service Tech, let us know that due to the tires needing to be replaced in the near future, they did not perform the tire rotation; we appreciated the team looking out for us rather than charging us for unnecessary work. Additionally, he offered to send us a quote for new tires, which we will consider based on this experience.
